Lullawear Shipping, Fulfilment, and Returns Policy

 

 

1. Shipping Policy
 
1.1 Domestic Shipping (UK only)

 

  • Standard shipping (3-5 business days) - £5.99 with Royal Mail.

  • We also offer 24-hour and 48-hour expedited delivery options at increased rates. The rates for these options will be available at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched the next business day. However, during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

  • For orders with tracked service, a free warranty is provided should the package not arrive. Please note: if a customer chooses standard shipping without tracking and the package does not arrive, Lullawear will not be held responsible, and no refund will be provided.

 

 

2. Fulfilment

 

2.1 Order Confirmation

 

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please keep this for your records.

  • If there are any issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@lullawear.com

 

2.2 Tracking Your Order

 

  • For orders that have selected a tracked service, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by text/email, allowing you to track your package's journey.

 

  • If a delivery is declined by the customer or not collected from the post office following a missed delivery, leading to the item's return to us, we will not issue a refund.

 

3. Returns Policy

 

3.1 Return Eligibility

 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return at support@lullawear.com

 

 

3.2 Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please refrain from initiating a chargeback with your bank while we are processing a refund. If you haven't received the refund within 14 business days, reach out to our support team at support@lullawear.com. Should a chargeback be filed, we will seek to recover associated costs.

 

3.3 Exchanges

 

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

3.4 Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customers must contact support@lullawear.com to arrange the return location.

  • We require you to use a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe arrival of your items. In the case we do not receive the items back in a usable condition or should the goods not arrive, no refund will be issued.
